Hadi Weyr will re-open soon!!
Changes will, and have been, be made to the board; some might not be so noticeable, while others you will tell right off the bat for those of you who are returning members. Please be patient with me til everything is done. I'm working as often as possible on the site to make it better.

With the arrival of two who wish to question my board, I am putting this up to save myself any more head ache. I do not own Dragonriders of Pern! Anne McCaffrey does. I do not claim to own Dragonriders of Pern! I only claim the characters that I have created. I have only borrowed some of Mrs. McCaffrey's ideas and that is where it ends. She owns all rights to Dragonriders of Pern, I just enjoy role playing them out.

Overview
The Riders of Hadi Weyr, wither they like it or not, have started to notice that the Weyr is becoming cramped, with all the Riders, candidates, and folk they have taken in from the various Weyrs that were unable to survive the Plague. With the possible threat that the Plague will wipe out the new dragons, fear is spreading like wildfire and Weyrwoman Lilia of Violet Panitath and Weyrleader T'lyn of Onyx Mnelth have sent out countless search parties for good locations to relocate. There is only one problem. The search parties have all returned with the same statement. The dragons were being sent back. With only one Violet among the Weyr, none of the dragons should have returned saying this, but they have. The Weyrwoman is puzzled and the Weyrleader is troubled. Something is bound to happen and change the course of Hadi Weyr.

Skies Flights, flying lessons, or just simply feel like having your characters go on a high-flying adventure; post here.
Mountain Caves The ledges of these caves look big enough for dragons of various colors. There is a cave near the bottom of the falls that leads to an underground area that could be turned into a lower cavern. Moderators: Fionn, dragoncharm

Whistler Falls With the jade forest all around it, save for one side, and spewing out of an underground spring within the mountain is a waterfall that drops nearly a Violet dragonlenght to a crystal blue pool below. The water rushing over the rocks causes a whistling noise, which can be heard from miles around. The water, surprisingly, is hot, hot enough to scold flesh, unless you are use to it. The sand around the water burns through normal sandels, so this could possibly be set up as a hatching ground. Moderators: Fionn, dragoncharm

Jade Forest Beginning, or ending, at T'sum's Field, is the jade forest, which is nothing more than your average forest. Nothing special, save for the extremely tall trees, comes out of this forest, yet Riders have noticed that the trees are actually spaced far enough apart for a dragon to walk through. As far as Hadi Weyr knows, there are no dragons that enjoy walking under trees. Moderators: Fionn, dragoncharm

T'sum's Field Butted up against the beginning of the mountain chain, is a wide open field, dotted with trees, and resting at the edge of a forest on the north side. There is a legend of a Jaderider, T'sum, who lost both his lover and dragon on this field. This could possibly be a Weyr Bowl, and a Feeding Ground. Moderators: Fionn, dragoncharm

A small office adjoins the rooms, where a healer can be found at all times. A supply room in the back is kept constantly stocked. Moderators: Fionn, dragoncharm
